Delivery & Returns

One of the benefits of buying from Swansea Self Storage is our ability to deliver your items quickly. Any item ordered online before midday on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will generally be processed and dispatched on the same day, provided that no additional security checks are required and all the items are in stock.

Swansea Self Storage generally use United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivery of orders. When orders for items less than 2kg each are placed before midday and the item(s) are in stock, the item(s) will typically arrive the next working day.

Larger items over 2kg in weight are distributed on the pallet network and delivery can take 3-4 working days. You will be notified by email if your order will be delivered in this way. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange Saturday deliveries.

Returns Process

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, for whatever reason, you must email us at info@swanseaselfstorage.co.uk with your name, the invoice number, the description of the product to be returned, and the reason for the return (eg. damaged, no longer required, etc). We will reply to you by email within 48 hours to advise you of a returns number (so our warehouse can identify the returned package) and explain the process for returning the product to us.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days and can only be credited back onto the same credit card, debit card used for the original purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns delivered to us in person.
